Our honeys

Our cooperatives produce a variety of honeys that reflect the floral diversity of each region and the production processes that ensure quality and differentiation.

Multifloral Honey

The most traditional variety, sourced from diverse floral origins, with a balanced flavor and characteristics unique to each region.

Creamed Multifloral Honey

Obtained through a controlled whipping process of crystallized honey, resulting in a smooth, uniform texture that is easy to spread.

Citrus Multifloral Honey

Produced from hives located in citrus-growing areas, with a delicate aroma and a distinctive, mild flavor.

Island Multifloral Honey

Dark amber in color and rich in flavor, this honey is produced in the Lechiguanas Islands of the Paraná Delta. Due to the floral composition of the area, it tends to crystallize more slowly.

Honey is a natural product that may crystallize over time. This is a completely normal process and mainly depends on its sugar composition and floral origin. Characteristics such as flavor, aroma, color, and texture vary depending on the flowers from which the honey is produced, making each batch unique.
